You read right peeps. Ammar just compiled and released his year 2008 Showreel. Lots of new moves and awesomely improved old ones. Enjoy the vid and support Free-Running/Parkour/Tricking and say no to shuffling? Shuffle = lame + loser + noob. lolz!

And very well done to you and your friends. Hehe but I love the reels where you were using benches and everything else, felt more Parkour like compared to sommersaulting on the field.

nice. but why do i feel he keeps doing the same thing again and again...what makes it vary is just the settings..hu.. but anyway, its really cool.. well done to him.

I've been meaning to do one since forever but never got round to doing it tho. XD
i think mine will have a lot more vaults and drops rather than flippies. :)
